• Returns are facilitated only through our authorized channel partners.
• Any missing documents will render the product ineligible for return.
• The product must be in its original, unused condition.

Exchange Policy

We offer an easy exchange process for products bought directly from Special Stone.

Conditions for Exchange:

• The exchanged product must be in its original condition with certification, invoice, and packaging.
• Labour charges and the cost of studded semi-precious stones will be deducted.
• 100% of the precious metal and gemstone value will be given at the current market rate.
• Any lost parts, missing stones, or damaged jewellery may incur additional
  deductions.
